Sometimes a foundation isn't enough to do the cover up. One of the best concealers that never failed me would be Fit Me Concealer! Love it, its liquid concealer, the applicator makes it easy to apply. Covers up dark circles if you build it up. It doesn't crease on me, if I set it of course. There is 6 different shades and its only $5! You can easily apply it with a damp sponge, brush or even your fingers.
