Tarte Concealer is a dupe for
Wet n Wild Photo Focus Concealer, unleast what I've been told. Wet n Wild concealer is very creamy and easily applied. Blends into the skin and I recommend to not use a lot of product because this concealer is pigmented enough to cover up any darkness under the eye. In my experience, the more I added, it was still easily to blend but more product results to cakeness. Very great product, and its only $3, recommend to try it out! So cheap you have nothing to loose. Also there are only 5 shades, and I own the color Medium/ Light.
