I been loving this Wet n Wild Liquid Eyeliner. The tip is so nice and soft, easily applied eyeliner to the lid. It applies smoothly and nicely, it even leaves a semi matte finish. Its only $3, and its found mostly any store. There are six different shades and I own the black. Great liner for a great price recommend to try it out!
