One setting powder that I heard so many wonders in YouTube would be the RMCA translucent setting powder. Its a great powder! Setting under the eye great, great for removing and setting into those fine lines. Also its great to set you eyelid before you add eyeshadows. Its very powdery so got to be careful when you use it. Also the packaging might suck since the top is pretty big holes so the a lot of powder comes out. This powder is my Holy Grail to set my under eyes and its only $12!
