Liquid eyeliners are my favorite way to apply my wing liners, but I decided to go out my bubble and try this out. Milani Eye Tech Extreme, love how easily its applied but what I hate is the brush. The brush of this liner is hard, it doesn't move. At one point if you press hard on your eyelid it well hurt you eye. If applied softly it won't be a problem, and also its only $7.
