One is the False Lash and the other is the Volume.
Blue Mascara is the False Lash, and honestly if you apply it patiently. It does look like you are wearing fake lashes. Just thicker and more bold of course. The mascara wand is straight with medium size bristles. Its easily applied on to your lashes and adds great volume to your lashes. 
Pink/Orange Mascara is Volume. This want has a different shape, it curves toward the top end. Which actually helps expanding the middle lashes and still gets the end of your lashes. The shape helps to volume your lashes even more. Its easily applied and both are easily removed. Both are $5 and found mostly at Target.
