I decided to try a new liner and Elf Liquid Liner caught my eye. Its a small brush, its tall top makes it easily to hold and apply. You can make a great small liner or a big fabulous wing liner. This liner doesn't smudge nor run, stays on place and its leaves a semi matte finish. Great eye liner for only $2! Recommend to try and buy, you have absolutely nothing to loose with $2. There are 3 different shades.
