Elf is a great brand, one of my favorites but on this product I have fix feelings. At times it does wonderfully set my under eyes. Other times, it creases horribly and makes me look like I have many wrinkles. But for $3 its worth the try, I'm still experimenting with the powder. Some reviews I've read, it leaves some sort of glitter powder. In my experience it doesn't, simple translucent powder easily used. The product comes with a little brush which I don't recommend to use, its hair brush is kind of hard, use your normal brush and it well work great.
